Elite Autumn Mogul Camp 2024 - Hintertux

Join exclusive coaching sessions in Hintertux for early season training for 2024! Whether you're looking to get preseason training or even compete in an international setting, they have the right program for you.

Elite Autumn Camp Overview:

  1. Coaches

    • Mirko Nindl – ARC Camps’ Director
    • Stephen Fearing – 6x Olympic Coach, World Cup medalist, Olympic and Head Mogul Coach for Canada, Japan, Russia, and more.
    • Marika Pertakhiya – World Cup Medalist, Russian National Champion, Junior World Champion.

  2. Coaching Dates

    • Session 1: October 13–20, 2024
    • Session 2: October 20–27, 2024
    • Session 3: October 27–November 3, 2024
    • Session 4: November 3–11, 2024 (Competition Week)
    • Session 5: November 11–18, 2024

  3. Lodging

    • Badhotel Kirchler, Hintertux OR
    • Hotel Kirchlerhof, Lanersbach
    • Full board included (breakfast, lunch, dinner), 6-day lift pass, slope preparation, and more.

  4. Pricing

    • €1800 per session (3-6 athletes per coach, Olympic-level coaching)
    • Additional costs may apply (e.g., resort tax, single room fees).

Daily Schedule for Autumn Coaching Sessions

  • 07:00 AM – Early Morning Activation (warm-up exercises to prepare for skiing)
  • 07:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 07:45 AM – Bus to the ski lift (approximately 15 minutes)
  • 08:15 AM - 2:00 PM – On-Snow Ski Training with Olympic-level coaches
    • Includes skiing and technical drills.
  • 01:00 PM – Bagged Lunch on the mountain
  • 02:30 PM – Bus back to the hotel
  • 02:00 - 4:00 PM – Rest and Recovery
  • 04:00 - 5:30 PM – Dry Land Training (physical activities such as fitness training, agility drills, or mobility work)
  • 05:30 - 6:30 PM – Video Analysis of the day’s skiing (with feedback from coaches)
  • 06:30 PM – Dinner
  • 07:30 PM – Evening Camp Meeting (discuss next day’s activities and coaching tips)
  • 09:00 PM – Lights out for athletes under 16
  • 09:30 PM – Lights out for athletes under 18
