Entering Canada
Every traveler MUST travel with a passport and other support documents depending on their situation. Unaccompanied minors will require more documentation than an adult. More information can be found here.

What time should I Arrive / Depart?

Our airport shuttles are scheduled to leave at 4:00pm on the arrival days and 7:00am on departure days. We ask that you schedule flights to arrive by 3pm or earlier and schedule departure flights at 11:00am or later so you have plenty of time to clear customs and get your baggage or get on the plane. Flights are to and from Vancouver BC Airport. Airport Code: YVR

Who is picking me up?

We will have chaperones in the arrival area with signs that will greet you and keep you company until the shuttle leaves the airport.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our chaperones will have your flight information and will stay behind with a car if needed.

I'm sending my child to camp. What do I need to do?

Make sure your child has a passport and a copy of his/her birth certificate. We will also need a letter of authorization signed by both parents/legal guardians with our telephone and address (to be provided). Also, check with your airline about their policies about unaccompanied minors.

What is skiing on the glacier like?

Weather is variable. We've seen t-shirt weather and we've seen it snow too. We recommend that you bring plenty of layers to prepare for any type of weather. Most of the days (hopefully all) will be sunny and warm.
We are on the Showcase T-bar, and you will probably make 15-20 laps per day. Our World Cup crew will build the course before you arrive and we will have a great set of moguls, and jumps.

Can you tell me how the lodging will work?

We have several privately owned condos/units. They are all within a 3 minute walk to the lifts and the village. We will have a staff member living in each house.

Do I need to pay extra for the off day activities?

Nope, off day activities are included! In the event that a group wants to Bungee Jump, there will be a small add-on fee.

Why is there a big gap in time between breakfast and training?

The glacier is at the very top of Blackcomb mountain. It takes about an hour to take the 3 lifts and bus ride required to get up there. If you haven't been here before, you'll find this a truly unique, exciting, and a special way to start each day of your training.

How will my child be supervised?

Along with our World Class athletes/coaches, we have a Camp Operations/Administrator for the entirety of the camp should additional needs arise.

How do meals work in your meal plan?

We have breakfast in the room every morning if you are staying in our lodging. We'll have lunch ready the night before, and you can take this on the hill with you. Dinners are provided for the welcome & farewell party, as well as every other night during camp. The full package includes dinner as a group to one of the many restaurants in the Whistler village.

What if my child needs more spending money?

We can easily accommodate PayPal/Venmo transfers.

Leaving Camp

How will my child be transported to the airport for departure?

We will have a shuttle leaving Whistler for YVR-Vancouver Airport with a chaperone on board. They will be assisted through check-in by our chaperone if needed.

Discounts

Previously there were family and returning camper discounts - are these still available?

In an effort to keep camp accessible to as many individuals as possible - this year we lowered the price of Pro Mogul Camp. With this new price, there are no unique discounts. You will see the discount you had in the past reflected in the lowered upfront price.

Refunds

What's the latest I can receive a refund?

Refunds will be given until May 20th, less a $300.00 administrative fee
After May 20th, no refunds will be available.

*EXCEPTION* - a full refund of your deposit will be issued in the event that the Glacier doesn't open because of snow pack
